Cannot Open My Paystubs in Fiori Client

Dear Fiori Experts,

I am getting the error 'Could not open app. Try again later' when trying to open the 'My Paystubs' app using the fiori client in the mobile device.

Below is the log retrieve from the fiori client

Any idea what I've done wrong and how to fix the problem? No problem found when using browser to open the 'My Paystubs'

Just notice that someone has deactivated the hcm_pay_mon service in sicf. Now working fine after reactivated the service.
