Send Mail my Inbox functionality

Hi All,

I have configured My Inbox Fiori application and when I send the mail to the user ,he is not able to access the task,it goes into continuous loading state.

Below is the link which is send via email in outlook :

When I tried to open the above mentioned link in new tab ,I again face the same problem of continuous loading .

I checked the console and there is no error recorded for this.

All the required roles for My Inbox is also assigned to the user.

I also checked for SAp notes ,but no luck

Please help me to find out the reason behind the above issue.

There are 2 "?" in the URL string.

Thank you for quick response.

Yes ,I have checked that url contains 2 '?' .however ,I am not sure how does it impacts.

I have also tested the url of My Inbox task,it aslo has 2 '?' still its opening.

It would be great if you will explain me in more detail ,how 2 '?' impacts while opening the task.

If it works, most probably My Inbox is not the latest or some note is missing.

Hi Masa,

Thank you for your prompt help.

I have check the link is working but not displaying any workitems as we have removed parameter allItems=true.

I have checked the notes but didn't find anything related.

All the mandatory SAP notes are applied for My Inbox as all other functionality is working .

Please let me know if I missed some SAP note .

I have implemented above mentioned notes and refresh the cache .

Still no luck.:(.
