Error NWBC_CLIENT_UNSUPPORTED of NWBC:

Hello,

I have installed NWBC 3.5 and implemented the logon ticket in my system ECC 6 IDES. When i tried to test with URL https://<host>/sap/bc/nwbc/TicketIssuer, after entering login/password, there was an error show up :

• The following error text was processed in system E6I : The version of NetWeaver Business Client for Desktop is not up to date and can't be used against this server. Please install the latest version.
• The error occurred on the application server SAPECC6_E6I_00 and in the work process 5 .
• The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
• The ABAP call stack was:
  Method: RAISE of program CX_NWBC=======================CP
  Method: NWBC_CLIENT_UNSUPPORTED of program CX_NWBC=======================CP
  Method: IF_NWBC_RUNTIME~HANDLE_API of program CL_NWBC_RUNTIME===============CP
  Method: IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_NWBC_HTTP==================CP
  Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP
  Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME
  Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

I have patched the server (NWBC runtime) and client with the note 1353538. It doesn't work.

What is your basis version?

What version and patchlevel of SAPGU  is installed?

You should ensure that you are using patch 7 of NWBC client

which has been recently made available.
