SMP 3.0 SP04 Server Installation Error

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install SMP 3.0 SP04 Server on Windows machine.

Below are the system details:

SMP Server: 3.0

Patch Level: 04

Windows OS: Windows 7 64

The error which I am facing during installation is;

"Failed to create Windows service SAPSMPTestUserLogonService to try to set service LOGON permissions for smpServiceUser user account."

I have also attached the error and installation logs unable to find any clue to resolve.   

Please provide your valuable suggestions to resolve the issue.
