People picker for nominee in UWL substitution rule not working

Hello,

during the creation of a UWL substitution rule a nominee needs to be defined. Unfortunately if I want to pick a person from the dialog Find People no matches are found:

Also wildcard search is not working. However the users can be found in UME.

Release information UWL SC:

1000.7.40.2.0.20130411234700

Any ideas what can be the reason for this behaviour?

Hi Mario,

Please go through the below SAP Notes and see if these are relevant in your scenario:

1978690 - No users found when trying to create a substitution rule

2036521 - An existing user, searched by the full display name, is not shown in the search result in UWL
