Travel request custom workfolw- How to assign values in table SRA009_T_CONFIG

Hi,

I need to configure the custom workflow for travel request and approve travel request application.

In the PDF i got below details.

4.7 Approve Travel Requests

Configuration table SRA009_T_CONFIG must be maintained for a workflow decision key in case of a custom workflow for travel request approval.

A node for this task is provided in the Implementation Guide (IMG).

Configuration table SRA009_T_TASKTYP must be maintained for the task type used for approving the travel request.

A node for this task is provided in the IMG.

Using SIMGH ( Approve travel request) i have updated the below table.

I've given all task in the table SRA009_T_TASKTYP .

I don't know what are the values need to maintain in the table SRA009_T_CONFIG. I have read the SPRO documentation but its not clear.

Can you explain the details how to maintain the values in the table SRA009_T_CONFIG?

Hi Dillibabu,

You has to map your custom workflow decision key to UI decision key.

UI decision key (fixed) - Workflow decision key (your custom task) - text

0001 - 0001 - Approve

0003 - 0003 - Reject

You can check your decision key in the outcome tab of workflow template.

In this example, there are 3 active outcomes. The first entry is key 0001 and the second entry is key 0002.

I've executed tcode SWI2_FREQ but nothing was returned.

PS: I have one trip created, whaiting for approval.

Any ideas?

Sorry, the relation is that I can create a trip and see it in the approver inbox (to be approved), but I cannot see it on Fiori (I can create it using Fiori, but the trip never goes to Fiori's approver inbox).

PS: Do you have ani documentation regarding basic workflow creation?

Hi falk,

For this once check the complete cycle in ECC system.

if it is not working good then HR configuration is need they need to assign some approving procedure hierarchy in the Back end.

it it works in the backend please verify SIMGH > travel Request parameters as per the installation guide.
