   I get Internal Error when exporting to PDF from a remote computer using Remote Desktop Connection

Hi,

Check the attachment & the bitmap folder path?

Make sure these are accessible.

Hi All

   When i click directly on Export it gives error  Internal error[-50] . When i click on file & select export to PDF & save it in other folder it is saving . I think it is authorisation issue regarding Bitmaps folder.

Hi Sunny Brar,

The following need to be done before creating PDF:

When using the new Function of 'Exporting to PDF'/'PDF Generation' the
following two settings need to be applied/checked:

1. Path needs to be defined via 'Administration->System
Initialisation->General Settings->Path->Attachment Folder

2. Path needs to be defined via 'Administration->System
Initialisation->General Settings->Path-> Picture Folder

3. The Windows User needs to have write/modify permission for the
folder
defined under 1 and 2.
(To check if the permission is correct,
access the folder and check if a new file could be saved)

  If your path is requires authorization create the above two folders in local machine and reassign the path.

Note:

1. Both folders shoule be in SAP folder

2. You need upgrade your PDF version.
