The printer setting is correct.I can view the preview and print the report of the same A/R Invoice. But when I click in PDF button it gives me above error.

Hi,
I am getting similar problem when clicking the pdf icon to display a report which has a template of crystal report only. Paths are correctly set and can save file in both picture and attachment.
Please inform if there is a way to display the crystal report directly when clicking the pdf icon which was working in previous versions before the sap b1 9.0. So now i am actually in need to export the file to pdf then i will be able to view. Before it was faster to view directly.

Hi Dilip,
You need to define the Pictures folder as B1 considers pdf as images and every time you export a document to PDF, a copy of the same is saved in the path specified.
Thanks,
Joseph
