No matching records found GL account OACT ODBC-2028

Hie,

I am facing one problem, while closing GRPOs manually.

I want to close very old Open GRPOs manually.

When , i am trying to close complete open GRPO manually, it close sucessfully.

But when i am trying to close partial open GRPO it gives me error "No matching records found GL account OACT ODBC-2028" and does not allow me to close GRPO.

Plese tell me what i do?

What happened to those GRPO that need to be closed? If it is partially received, do you have any outstanding receiving?

i am not able to get goods clearing accout in GL account determination,

can u pleas tell me where is this goods clearing accoung?

It would be under Inventory folder.

It is located in Administration >>> Set up >>> Inventory >>> Item groups / warehouses

Hi,

Try this:

Run the query below in order to identify whether the account  does not exist
in the chart of accounts and it has been defined either in the GL account
determination or in the banks

select Bankcode, GLAccount, *
from DSC1
where glaccount not in
(select acctcode from OACT)

If  the query returns results please go to the house bank definition and
remove the account that no longer exist and replace it with a valid one.

Hi Rahul,

As suggested, you check your GL method and map the Goods Clearing Account and you would be able to close the GRPO's manually.Please note that this would just reverse the impact of the allocation account and not the inventory account.

Hi,

You should define "Goods Clearing Account" in warehouse/item group according to which method "Set G/L Accounts By" is set.
