error: unable to connect to service WebiPlugin.WebiSession

Once in a while, we will get errors like : unable to connect to service webiplugin.webisession from server <ip>:6400 via CMS:osca:iiop://<ip>:6400;SessionID=..... we are on windows 2008, BO4, FP 11. It looks as if whoever is listening on osca:iiop://<ip>:6400 is too busy. Which service is that? Is there any parameters which I could tune to eliminate the problem.

Normaly, on port 6400 CMS is listening, so if your CMS server is too busy, you might have following problems :

1. Improperly sized environment

2. Not enough system resources

3. Network bandwith issues

4. CMS connection to CMS DB is slow or CMS DB is not responding fast enough.

Hi Sachin,

I'd recommend you make use of the SP06 for Visual Intelligence which is available to download.
