KBAPI101 error

Hi All,

No control data for planning source /  /  / 2012 exists. error appears when the function module ' BAPI_PDTRANSCO_POSTPRIMCOST ' executes.

Notes: this error occurs

1. after starting the new period 2012 in production server

2. no action taken for new period 2012 in test server

message id - KBAPI

message no - 101

Then I found the following factors to solve it. But I don't know how to achieve this. Thus, Please kindly help me on this matter.

Diagnosis

There is no control data for the transfer of planning data (for plan source , fiscal year , system , and source version ).

System Response

Planning data cannot be transferred.

Procedure

Maintain the corresponding settings in Customizing for Cost Center Accounting.

Dear Guru,

It error occurs there is no data for 2012 in table coplnctrl. When manually added 2012 data to this table, no more message appear.

But I still need to know can i add this information in Production server's table coplnctrl manually ?

Hello Thi Tra Nyunt,

We are getting same error when we are executing BAPI: BAPI_PDTRANSCO_POSTPRIMCOST for planning

I checked table COPLNCTRL. The table is empty.

I tried direct entry into this table in TCode SE16 / SE16N. However, system is not allowing.

Please tell me the TCode (in CO Module) or Path (in CO Module) for updating the above table.

Please help me.

okplactrl  is the transaction to change the values in the table  COPLNCTRL
