Hello All,

I am unable to access the t-code BP. When I run the t-code BP, I get an error message saying

"Program and screen number for search ID BUPA_ALL_PARTNER_NUMBER is not defined" .

Solman is EHP1 7.0

Please suggest as to how to resolve the issue.

Hello,

You should check some basic things like if you are running Service Conent Update that it is current, and you have downloaded and apllied available updates. You should ensure SAP Noe 1468591 is applied and is the most recent version. You should run RTCCTOOL in ST13 just to make sure an important recommendation is not being ignored.

Did you recently perform any updates, upgrades, patches to the system?

These are things I would check as a Note search does not get any hits here.

You may just have an outstanding update?

These things should be reviewed.

Many thanks for your reply. I am checking things as per your suggestions.

Just want to bring to your notice that the system was lately patched to SPS26.

any take on that?

Hi Jansi,

Regret for the late reply.

We could not resolve it. A message was to SAP, who replied:

"

Unfortunatelly the transaction BP is not supported anymore from CRM

2007. As you can see in the note 1118231 and in the CRM 2007 Master

guide, the only GUI supported from this version is the webUI.

The error here occurs in the Tx of SAP GUI (BP)for which the support hasexplicitly been discontinued as per oss note 1400876.

Please let me know incase you face this issue in the WebUI ."

Nevertheless, there was a work around available, we did a local client copy of 001 and performed our actvities on it.
