Hi guys,
I guess this will be an easy question ; )
I am getting following error on one of my portal applications
Portal runtime error.
An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.
Exception ID: 04:56_03/10/11_0022_5473252
Refer to the log file for details about this exception.
Question is where I can find a log for that runtime error.
I tried using SAP MC, but don't really know which log file to check there.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Two ways:
- Via the Netweaver administrator: http://<host>:<port>/nwa -> Monitoring -> logs and traces. Check for relevant timestamps.
- On the operating system level if you have access: ..\usr\sap\<SID>\JCxx\j2ee\server0\logs. Check the application logs and default traces.
