Crystal Report Viewers in Visual Studio .NET – Toolbar Images

A common issue when deploying applications built in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and using Crystal Reports assemblies, is the appearance of red X in place of buttons on the Crystal Reports viewer toolbar.
