Adaptive Computing Compliance Tests
The Partner Certification Area for SAP's Adaptive Computing
The Adaptive Computing Compliance Test page allows you to look up if your hardware vendor has already tested his servers and storage solutions for running adaptive computing enabled SAP system landscapes.
The goal of the Adaptive Computing Compliance Test is to prove the functionality of application services virtualization, the Adaptive Computing concept, independent of the technology used for it.
The functional Adaptive Computing Compliance Test for the Adaptive Computing Concept has the following characteristics:
- SAP checks the adherence of the Partner technology to SAP's Adaptive Computing Concept.
- The Adaptive Computing Compliance Test is not comparable with the classical "Certification Program" nevertheless a "Certificate of Conformity" is handed out after successfully stated SAP's Adaptive Computing Concept capability.
- SAP writes a detailed test plan. The Operational Guidelines for the adaptive Computing Controller is delivered by SAP. The Operations Guide for the tested Adaptive Computing building blocks must be delivered by the partner.
- The Adaptive Computing Controller is delivered with an installer to the partner.
- The partner runs the functional and quality assurance tests.
- SAP checks the achieved results by undertaking an examination of the test scenario. The partner delivers the necessary documents.
- SAP AC Team provides information about the partners who passed the Adaptive Computing Compliance Test with a one page summary, the so-called "Certificate of Conformity."
