SAP Integration and Certification–General Terms and Conditions
Services provided by the SAP Integration and Certification Centers (SAP ICCs) are offered worldwide on an open program basis. The general terms and conditions (GTCs) for the four different groups of services provided by the SAP ICCs are available for two business laws (German and American law) and two languages (English and German) depending on the region of the service subscriber.
