ALM 11.52 Patch 9 Chinese, French, German and Japanese

The ALM 11.52 Patch 9 patches (Chinese, French, Germand and Japanese) are now available.

Microsoft Windows Installations:

Install this patch only on top of an ALM 11.52 GA server (full installation of 11.50 + SP2) with Patch 2 or later. This patch cannot be installed on ALM 11.52 GA with Patch 1. For details, see the "Installation instructions" in the ALM 11.52 Patch 9 Release Notes.

Upgrading from QC 10:

In ALM 11, dependencies were introduced between permission items. Currently, permission for creating an entity requires permission for updating it. Information icons next to permission items detail this and additional dependencies between permission items.

Certified Environments:

  • Support for Microsoft Office 365 for desktop applications
  • Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2

The following limitation is applicable since ALM 11.52 Patch 8:

  • A Certificate Validation error may occur when downloading an ALM Client. This problem may occur if the computer used does not have the latest Microsoft update and new "Hewlett Packard Enterprise" trusted certificate. To update the certificates follow the instructions in the document "SHA2_COMODO_KB_certificate_updated.pdf" available with this patch
