Requests which does not require a support incident

Product Enhancement Request:

A Feature Request of Advantage Database Server does not requires to open a support incident. All Feature Requests can be sent over the  Feedback form directly to the ADS Product Management and ADS engineering.

Programming questions:
The recommended way to address ADS Engineering and other ADS Developers for asking programming questions is via the  SAP Forum and does not requires a support incident.

Version Matrix:

Questions related to current supported platforms and IDEs of ADS can be found in the  Version Matrix document (not requiring to open a support incident). If there are any extensions of supported platforms and IDEs, this will be announced by the ADS engineering over the  ADS RSS News . For questions of any plans and timeframes to support new platforms and IDEs can be checked over the  Feature Requests form or can be asked directly via the  ADS Forum to the ADS engineering.
