Issue : Netbase content is not getting extracted
Symptom: Extraction Error log show 500 Error
Resolution: Upload certificates into the system
Check if the default Certificate exists
- Go to Administrator Work Center --> Edit Certificate Trust List
- Check if default certificate exists [ Digi Cert ]
- If these certificates are missing - Download from
-open - https://api.netbase.com
- Click on Certificate Icon --> Certificate Information
- Select DigiCert/ DigiCert SHA2 and Click on view certificate
- Download both Digicert and DigiCert SHA Certificate
- Choose Base 64 encoding
- Upload the certificate to C4C
This resolves the 500 error
