Images sent via Direct Message on Twitter - Social Media Cloud for Customer
When you have your Cloud for Customer system integrated with Twitter, you can have Tickets automatically generated from Tweets sent for your Customers.
So, suppose a Customer has sent a Tweet to your company and Cloud for Customer has generated the Ticket. After a first response from the Service Agent, customer sent a Direct Message with a link to a picture. You click on the link but cannot see it. Twitter asks you to log in in order to check the link.
This is the standard behavior of the system and of Twitter.
Due to Twitter's security settings, you have to be logged in the Twitter Account that received the message in order to check the picture. This is not a system issue, only a "demand" of Twitter's security settings.
