ECC integration with C4C via Mashup
With the update of the SAP Best Practices for SAP Cloud for Customer integration on SMP, we also provide you with a new how-to-guide that shows you how to implement a mashup to show ECC screen in SAP Cloud for Customer.
The scenario we describe enables the creation of a follow-up sales order with reference to a service ticket out of Cloud for Service (see picture below).
