Organizational Change Management Stakeholder Analysis White Paper

In any Organizational Change initiative, it is critical to identify all people (stakeholders) who will be directly or indirectly impacted by the project. This white paper outlines the Stakeholder Analysis, which looks at all stakeholders and organizes them into managable Stakeholder Groups. The analysis then looks at the impact on each group, areas of concern from the group and other variables.
