What search capabilities are available on SAP Product Stewardship Network?
There is a magnifying glass symbol in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. It allows you to search for:
- Companies
- My Connected Suppliers
- My Connected Customers
Do I receive email notifications in case I have a new notification in my Product Stewardship Network inbox?
This depends on your personal settings. On the top right hand corner of the screen you can open your user profile. In the Settings tab of your profile you can choose how frequently you want to receive e-mail updates about activity on SAP Product Stewardship Network.
How can I change my password?
Please navigate to the Product Stewardship Network login page and click the Forgot password link. You will then be able to set a new password. Please note that this password is then also valid for SAP Service Market Place or SAP Community Network (depending on where you have registered in the past).
While registering at SAP Product Stewardship Network I was not asked for a password. Where can I set my password?
In case you have not been asked for a password during the registration process, the system has recognized you based on the email adress you used for registration. The reason for that is that you have registered at some other SAP platform in the past (e.g. SAP Service Market Place or SAP Community Network) using the same email address. In this case a password is already associated with this email adress and you use the password that you use for the other platform (SAP Service Market Place or SAP Community Network) also SAP Product Stewardship Network. If you do not remember that password, simply request a new password. To do so, navigate to the Product Stewardship Network login page and click the Forgot password link. You will then be able to set a new password. Please note that this password is then also valid for SAP Service Market Place or SAP Community Network (depending on where you have registered in the past).

How do I edit my company's profile?
To edit your company´s profile, simply click on the company name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Your company profile opens and can be edited.

Is my network visible to other users in SAP Product Stewardship Network?
No, your network connections cannot be seen by others. This is only visible to you
Notifications
Notifications remain in the HOME work center after I have read them. How can I delete them?
It is correct that notifications remain in the HOME work center after you have read them. They will not be deleted automatically. To remove notifications, click the Delete notification button for the corresponding notification.
When do I receive a notification?
You receive a notification when
- You have been invited to take surveys
- You have just joined the network
- You have received a product declaration request
- A component declaration request you have sent has been updated
- A new component declaration has been published, restricted to you
- A company sends you a connection request
- A company confirms or declines your connection request
- A supplier you have invited joins the network
- Regulatory content has been updated
SAP Product Stewardship Community
I can read the community posts, but I´m not able to post content myself. Why is that?
You can only create content when you are logged in. Please make sure, you are logged in, by checking the status on top of the screen. In case you don´t have an SCN user, you have to register first.
I don´t have a user for SAP Community Network (SCN). How can I register?
Use the Register link on top of the screen. Please ensure that you use your SAP Product Stewardsship Network credentials (password and email-address) for registering at SCN. In case you want to register at SCN before registering at SAP Product Stewardship Network, choose a Display name and enter your First Name, Last Name and your email-addressand finish the registration. You will then receive a P-user. Make sure you use the same data afterwards for registering at SAP Product Stewardship Network.
Scenarios on PSN
What is the meaning of the different scenarios?
The PSN is an open platform to enable different activities within the context of supply chain communication and collaboration. The information being distributed and shared can belong to different domains, e.g. chemical compliance on product level or company wide sustainability assessments. These domains are called scenarios in PSN and are accessible right after the login page.
How can I switch beetween different PSN Scenarios?
When you log on PSN you can select which Scenario you like to work with. Being logged-in you can switch to other Scenarios by using Change Scenario in the Quick Activities on the left side of the screen.
