No outbound mail appears when user creates follow-up Email


When you send an Email as a follow-up, system will check if customizing is correct.

1. If Copy Control has been done as always;

2. If the Email transaction type is set as the only outbound mail:

    Go to SPRO

    -> Customer Relationship Management

      -> Basic Functions

        -> One-to-One E-Mail

           -> Assign Transaction Types
