With the following hints you will be able to analyze the errors that you can get when trying to move the status of a ChaRM correction document.
This document is valid for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and for 7.1.
Overview
Recently I was creating this KBA in SAP SMP:

Please check this KBA in case you get these errors in the normal or urgent changes:
- Status was reset by system: Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG 097
- Not all tasks for request released: TK 593
- Not all test transports have been imported: CHM1_ACTION_LOG 046
- Unable to successfully complete import into production system: Message no.
