With the following hints you will be able to analyze the errors that you can get when trying to move the status of a ChaRM correction document.
This document is valid for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and for 7.1.
Overview
Recently I was creating this KBA in SAP SMP:
1820635: How to analyze errors when changing the status of a ChaRM correction
Please check this KBA in case you get these errors in the normal or urgent changes:
  • Status was reset by system: Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG 097
  • Not all tasks for request released: TK 593
  • Not all test transports have been imported: CHM1_ACTION_LOG 046
  • Unable to successfully complete import into production system: Message no.
    SOCM_ACTION_LOG 009
