Other Actions Tutorials

Increasing the trust in a report

See what kind of information is automatically accessible in Web Intelligence to help you investigate the type of data and transformations are in the report. Improve the trust in the content of the report by taking advantage of all the built-in capabilities to expose the report metadata.

Track data changes between instances of a report

Start taking advantage of this new functionality and see how you can dramatically improve the productivity of Web Intelligence users by highlighting the data changes after the refresh of a query. For example, an inventory manager can see at a glance the stock changes after refreshing the daily status report by activating the Track data changes.

Filtering the data

Adapt a report, table, chart, section, and/or cell to exactly the desired context. Removing the "noise" to get only the information you are looking is as simple as setting a filter. On the other hand, when a filter is set, the report consumer can see where it has been set and which data is affected.
