Mail Form can be used in many ways to reduce manual effort, which can be used for marketing purpose and auto response via ERMS. In this video blog, I explained the creation of a mail form and also showed how an agent could use this mail form as a standard response when composing an email to the customer.
邮件表单可以大大减少人工的工作量,可以作为邮件模板发送营销邮件,也可以结合ERMS完成系统自动回复。本次视频介绍了邮件表单的创建以及坐席人员在交互中心界面中插入邮件表单作为标准回复模板快速解决客户问题的过程。
