How can I give a user authorization in transaction type SDCR and SDHF

It does not know an authorization check in the object B_NOTIF_IB for transaction type SDCR and SDHF.

The BadI activation AI_SDK_EXT_AUTH_CHK, AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON and AI_SDK_ORDER_SAVE has been made but the Object B_NOTIF_IB could not be read. Therefore could not be made an selective option for IBase Component,but the object exists in the roll SOCM_CHANGE_MANAGER / ACTVT

DSWP: IBase-Component.

Question:

The Goal is that different users only for certain systems receive the authorizations.

If anyone can give me a hint I would be very appreciated and will note down this in sdn/wiki.
