Hi All,

When trying to create a support message using transaction NOTIF_CREATE or via the "messages" tab in SOLAR02 there is no list of business processes to choose from... (I would like to create the message with reference to the relevante business process).

Where do I have to define the business processes in order for them to apear on the list when creating a message?

Adi,

you can only select from processes that have been added to a Solution.

1. Go to SOLUTION_MANAGER

2. Select Goto > Solution Overview

3. Open your Solution

4. Select Solution Landscape on the left

5. Select Solution Landscape Maintenance on the right

6. Open the top node of the tree on the left hand side

7. Highlight the Business Scenario Folder

8. Import the scenarios in from your projects like you would in SOLAR01

9. Click save

You have now added your scenarios to your Solution Directory and your messages can be assigned to them.

Now they will show up in NOTIF_CREATE after you select your Solution.
