unable to see SRM Browser Launchpad details in left hand side

hi Gurus,

can anyone please help me on this issue.how can i see the browser launchpad after login.

my problem is iam unable to see the launchpad details in the lefthand side like...shop,process po,sourcing etc.

is there any settings to do that. please suggest me.

Hi Rakhi,

Please make sure that you have added the necessary roles for getting these menus:

Please add these roles to your id

SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE
SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTARTOR
SAP_EC_BBP_PURCHASER
