Hello,
How's it possible to enable the Priority and Category field in a Change Request (entered directly from t-code CRMD_ORDER)
I tried with many roles (requester, change manager, prod man, etc.) at differents steps (CR status) of the process.
They are correctly populated but disabled...

Hello François,
Well, if you want the Priority of a Support Message to be displayed in the e-mail which are generating when there is a change in the status, I request you to take help of an ABAPer.
You need to write a little code in Smart Forms which needs a little investigation by the ABAPer for the required variables. Because, we have done the same thing and now we are able to get the Priority displayed in our e-mails generated from ChaRM.
