Delivery output

Hi,

I have did the following steps ,

SPRO>Logistics execution>Shipping>Basic shipping functions>Output control>Output determination>Maintain output detrmination for outbound deliveries.

But for me the delivery note output type , is not displayed in VL02n.

And error shows Output VL02 is not defined in delivery output.

In Path; SPRO > Logistics Execution > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Output Control > Output Determination > Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries > Here check following;

- Maintain Condition Tables

- Maintain Output Types

- Maintain Access Sequences

- Maintain Output Determination Procedure

- Assign Output Determination Procedures (Under this you will get following 2 options)

- Assign deliveries (header)

- Assign delivery items

Then maintain condition record in VV21 for the output type.

Do the output deterimation as in output control and also maintain the condition record for the same. Maintain the parameters in the communication tab as well.

It will solve your problem.

Please check in OVLK,give your delivery type and see wheather output determination procedure and output type is assigned or not.
