i wantr to know the main difference between RFC and BAPI and what are the uses of bapi than rfc.....
Hi suresh,
BAPIs are the Remote enabled function module(RFM).
when you will create some RFM(remote fuction call), there is a option for remote enble.you have to chosse that option. To create any BAPI you have to create a RFC first then you have to convert and release that RFC as BAPI.
Transaction code for BAPI: BAPI
Transaction code to create function module: SE37
Transaction code for RFC: SM59
Take a look on this:http: How to create a BAPI.
www.sapdevelopment.co.uk/java/jco/bapi_jco.pdf
It will surely help you.
