We have a sales order that has a status of "fully delivered" even though the delivery hasn't been picked, issued or invoiced. On the status overview of the sales order, the sales order status and total processing status is "completed" and the delivery below it says "Fully delivered". However, when you check the actual delivery the status is "not yet picked" and it still shows as open.
Any ideas?
Hi,
Check out the customisation of your Item category (TCode-VOV7). If you have the maintained the 'Item Type' parameter as Value Item then you will be allowed to create only one delivery after which the Sales Order will be treated as fully referenced.

Yes, it's our standard order type where a delivery was created.

Is that a relevant order type ? Which will have a Delivery document ?
