Interactive (fillable) forms stopped working

ADS was working fine and then stopped working for fillable

forms after the last system restart.

We get the ADS com.adobe.ads.exception.FailedCreationException

F(200101)error message when working with fillable forms only.

I checked the certificates and credentials and they all seem valid.

Steps for Reconstruction

Run transaction SFP and enter form FITP_PLAN_FORM.

Click Test (F8)

Double click the first puzzle piece

Enter X in the F(illable) field

Click Back (F3)

Click Execute (F8)

Enter Output Device PDF1, check the Print Immediately check box and press

the Print Preview button.

You will get a FailedCreationException F(200101) error message

The oss note mentioned is not relevant.

Hi,

Some thoughts:

You might want to check the output device or use a different one.

Are you using preview or are you actually sending output to the device. This might not work because of the output device.

Dear Colleagues,

I am also facing same problem what Smith Aubrey is faced.

i started checking the pdf form for FP_TEST_IA_01.

use fillable=x.

then execute the from getting the same error message after some time.

Test for function group /1BCDWB/SM00000015

Function module /1BCDWB/SM00000015

Uppercase/Lowercase

Runtime: 141,605,309 Microseconds

Exception SYSTEM_ERROR

Message ID: FPRUNX Message number: 001

Message:
