Delivery Quantities Issue pt2

Hello,

I have a problem regarding the quantities in the delivery. Our delivery rule is that we only will supply multiples of a given quantity ("closed box"). I´ve set the quantities in MM02, tab SD: Sales Org 1, in the fiields "Minimum quantity" and "Quantity until" as, let´s say, 2.

In the customizing on "Define Item Categories for Deliveries" I´ve set Check quantity = B, Check minimum quantity = B, Check Overdelivery = B.

When I try to deliver 1 pc of this material, the system only issues a warning message and should be an error acording to the condiguration. We want an error to be displayed here, the user must not be able to continue with the process.

Any ideas?

Below follow the messages (yellow warning):

"Delivery quantity is less than minimum delivery quantity 2 UN

Message no. VL362"

"Increment 2 UN not complied with

Message no. VL365"

Hi,

Go to transaction OVM1, and there you can change the message number from warning to Error. For message number VL362, you can make an entry in the table and set as Error message.
