i wants to change the quantity in billing doc after pgi

may i know the reason why you want to change the quantity after done the billing.
If u wan to cahnge the quantity, u need to cancel the billing and reverse the pgi , then change te quantity in delivery
no action since over two months, I close this thread

No u can not change qty. in billing once PGI is done. If u want to change the qty then U have to reverse the PGI Tcode VL09 and after that u can change qty in Delivery Tcode VL02N and again u have to do PGI.

It is not possible to change the quantity once PGI is done. The only option is to cancel via VL09
