How to make WBS resp cost center, currency will be same

Hi All,

I create a project thru cj01 / or cj20n . How to make all WBS have the same responsible / required cost center and currency will be same. In other words, i only need to put resp/required cost center and currency one time in 1 wbs...and the rest will automatically have the same.

hi, see wbs structure is purpose of one cost object, depend upon ur client requirement u have create wbs structures. it is not possiable to have, when ever ur create wbs structure then u have default cost center. otherwise u do valadation and substitution. if it is wrong let me know the details, thanks

Hi,

The issue is the user does not want to key in resp cost center in each WBS . They only want to put one time and the rest will copy automatically, for example for required cost center, person responsible, company code, currency. etc

Hi Nies,

I think , you can use substitution functionality for this. You can have logic like check the value in responsible cost center & requested cost center , if it is blank, put value X & Y
