HI,

While using T code MB1C system showing error that

G/L account 24301000 does not exist in company code HPCL

Please give me the solution for this.

Go to FS00 and give the G/L account 24301000 and your company code and in the right side click on create with referance then you will get another pop up screen with referance G/L account and company code there you retain the same G/L account number but give the standard SAP company code like 1000 or 0001 then entar to copy the same for your company code.

Go to FS00, enter the G/L account which is not existing, input your company code, click the new button. Maintain the details.

Check one existing G/ L account for the details maintined, and create new one. Please get the help of a Finance expert, if available.

Hi,

T.Code: FS00

Enter G/L A/c & Company Code (say, HPCL).

Then Click Tab: With template. It will po-up another screen. here, specify reference G/L (as same) and Company Code (for which this G/L is already exist).

Now, in next screen, Provide: Acct. Grp & Check radio button: P&L Statement acct.

Similarly go for next tab to next tab and mainatin entries.
