Confirmation issues, Error in Process

We are getting the following error in SRM system when doing confirmations, any ideas guys

Error whilst creating an entry sheet in the backend system 0000026433 117 General error during acceptance posting

This then dispays as an error in process???

Had a look at this and we have seen the OSS note and we do not have this issue we can see the object number but not sure how to proceed to find out the issue.....

When we look in BBP_PD we see the following (see below)

We have two red entries : -

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1017 Currently Being Transferred X

HEADER I1019 Error in Transmission

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1022 Approved

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1044 Confirmed

Hi Steve

Are you looking at BUS2203 (Confirmation) via BBP_PD or Po or SC ?

Can you check your currency in SC, PO and GR data . Any discrepencies?

This makes us worry. HEADER I1019 Error in Transmission

Plz check RZ20 too..

PO curr = GBP

GR curr = GBP

Hi Steve. You can filter via Creation DATE,When did you post the GR so you can give one date ahead till today?

No idoc there fot that po, GR was done 06-08-08 i have looked until today

Pu the date 05-08-08 and till 07-08-08

In the left hand side you can see MBGMCR and right hand side you can see the ststus of IDOC. Did you see any red buttons in the right hand side?

No Idcos, with that range.

What we have found that one of the items on the confirmation has had an invoice posted for the ful amount prior to the GR being processed?

Could this be the cause?

It may not be a problem.we can do invoice first later we can do gr in some scenarios. Please take help from technical guy and see whether MBGMCR idoc was sent to R/3 or not.

We have also notice on the line we want to confirm ther eis no Goods Receipient populated would this cause it???

This was all down to the user not filling in the business area. Great old SRM not telling the full story.
