Dear all,
When we schedule jobs in the background. the jobs are running slow. Jobs are scheduled in background.
Background response time is very slow. is any database issue?
please help me in this.

Pleadse give the full details like SAP Component u r using,DB name version ,OS, etc..
Also please check OSS notes for Parameter tuning of DB.

Could you please provide more details:
Oracle version, SAP Version, ect.
Without knowing what job this is, what application, what the job is doing it´s impossible to suggest something.
If you process a huge amount of data that behaviour is normal and expected.
