inspection lot

Hi Friends,

Kindly clarify me ,is it possible to configure that the several good receipt to single inspection lot ?( (ie) i receive same material number of times but i need to assign single inspection lot .if yes how to configure in the system

Please clarify how to create one inspection lot for multiple GR using DMR

if my PO contains 1000pc, i received 10 times

if MM -QM view either I select one inspection lot for 1 po or each GR

in both case my first lot UD finished and then I am receiving 2nd gr(100pc) -- system will not create lot or new inspection lot but you can't assign to the same lot. --- plz correct me if I am wrong

In DMR --- based on previous history system will decide current quality level

If my DMR stage is skip stage or normal -- system will create new inspection lot or it will not creae

if result recorded and after ud or auto ud(pre set time lapsed) any new gr ,I can't assign to same Inspection LOT,

plz correct me if I am wrong

Hi Sami,

Note: Skip lot doesn't mean that the lot will not generated, the lot will be generated but you can plan automatic UD for those lots, bot way automatic and manually.

Hi sami,

I think you are asking to attach another GR (MIGO document) to the same lot.

There can be more than one lot created for a GR (Line item wise).

But There can't be more than one GR for a lot.

In the Qm view of material master, go to Control of Inspection lot. There u have to select " For each Purchase Order and Batch. This will create a single inspection lot for a PO and not for each material document.

Hi,

Whenever you do GR , automatically Inspection lot is created, so check for any user exit/BAdi to fulfill your requirement.

you cannot do this in SAP. For every lot inspection lot is

created.why do you want these kind of requirement
