Dears,
Due to some issue I want to reset my SPAM queue,As its in status XPRA_EXECUTION so it can't be reseted by GOto-reset queue option.
I heard that there is one other way to reset queue by deleting entries from some tables.
Please suggest me how can i reset my queue.

Do not do that.
Your imports are already in the system. If you reset your queue and delete entries out of PAT* tables, this will leave your system in an inconsistent state.
Check your import logs, dumps and check the joblogs of user DDIC.
Resetting the SPAM will only do that - reset that transaction, your system is still not ready.

yes there is a way to reset queue, but i suggest you to open OSS message.
