HI,

In t-code OBYC how i can assign valuation,general,valuation class (7920) to my GL Account.

Please give me solution for this.

Hi,

had u faced any prob with replies in your earlier Post: GBB.

Anyways,

when u go into screen: Maintain FI Configuration: Automatic Posting Procedure (after entering Charts of Accounts),

4th option is "Copy" (2nd last option before Tab: Posting Key).

Click and it will ad new row for entries. here provide all the details.

valuation: 0001

general: BSA

valuation class: 7920 (Finished Goods)

While doing copy in OBSY system showing error that

An entry with this key already exists.

Please give me the solution how to solve this.

U mean that there is already an entry

0001 --- BSA ---7920 ---Debit G/L ---Credit G/L

maintained for

Charts of Accounts: ****

Transaction: GBB

under Group: RMK

Have u seen/ checked the entry?
