Hi All,

regards,
guru prasad
Hi
Yes, you can specify the default credit limit in customisation and this is applicable only when a new customer is created but not for the existing customers.
Please follow the below path and specify the default credit limit..
IMG - Enterprise structure - Definition - Financial Accounting - Define Credit Control Area - execute
Select your Credit control area - double click and in the next screen you can find "Default Data for automatically creating new customers" and here in the field 'Credit Limit' - you can specify the default credit limit and this will be the default limit for all the new customers.
Thanks,
Ravi

HI Guru...
There is no such default credit limit maintained for the customers...
If you want to set the limit Goto FD32 and in the central data maintain the limit for that customer..
You can also set the credit limt based on credit control area , Risk category and credit group also...through Tcode OVA8
Hope you find this informative.
Thanks,
Safeer Rahman
