Hi All,

I have configures satilite systems and all the configurations in Solution monitoring. But when I execute the transaction DSWP

and check the operations of the satilite system it is showing page cannot be displayed. In the Operations setup every thing is fine, even reports are generating well. Please provide the solution to view the systems in Operations.

Hi Venu,

Go to IB52 tcode..

enter the ibase (1) and execute..

Now select the component which represents your Satelite system and then go the the menu bar and click on Go To-> partners..

Select partner Function from the Dropdown and select SOLD_TO_PARTY from the Dropdown and then Assign the Business Partner to it. Reported by would be determined automatically. For that you need to create user and BP in solman and user in satellite sytem. User name in satellite system and solman SU01 should be same.

Also define no. range in DNO_NOTIF and in CRM.

Dats it you are done...

I assumed you have configured Ibase and Component for the Satellite System in question....

Make sure you have all necessary services activated in TA SICF.

The correct services can be found back in the IMG.
