Can we have XI on Netweaver 2004 and SAP AII 5.1 on separate Netweaver 2004

HI,

I am very new to RFID(working in XI.)

we are planning to integrate SAPAII 5.1 with SAP XI -->R3.

1. Can we keep XI and SAP AII5,.0 same netwever stack ?

or do we need keep on 2 different stacks.

SAP AII 5.1 on Netweaver Integrated with backend R/3 using XI will be good landscape. XI Content on the same stack will be advisable. I dont see any reason why you will need two different stacks.

SAP stongly recommends that AII5.1 and PI need to install on different stacks
