I am new to XI.Is one to many field mapping possible in XI?

yes of course it is possible...
you simply map your source to each target field as you need...
You have to repeat the mapping logic for each target element though they follow the same logic. This is no more the case with PI 7.1. Here you can simply map multiple target elements to one mapping logic.
