My quetion is when i am creating sale order (va01).

I am getting the error" no business area determine material 0010"

Hi,

Kindly check whether the business area rules are assigned properly to the specific sales area in which you are creating a sales order.

Hello,

You need to maintain business area in your enterprise structure. Define a business area in SPRO -- >Enterprise structure --> Financial Accounting --> Define Business area.

After defining the business area you need to assign it based of certian rule you maintin. Transaction code OMJ7.

SPRO --> Ent Structure --> Assignment --> Sales and Distribution --> Business area account assignment.

You have three rules available, you need to maintian the appropriate. Plant/Division, Sales area ..etc.

Maintain the business area based on the rule you select.

Hi,

Go to SPRO- Enterprise Structure- Assignment -Logistics - General - Assign Business Area to Plant/Valuation Area and Division. Check whether any assignment is missing for you.

You can also check in SPRO - Enterprise Structure- Consistency check to see if any missing configurations.
