authorisation to downlaod Support pack

How to check if my S-User have authorisation to downlaod Support pack from Service Market PLace?

Hi Ricky,

Log on to the service marketplace with your s-user id.from top click on my profile,from left handside click on display my authorization.If you will find software download there then you can down load it.

easiest and fastest say = try to download a support pack.

Hello,

on SAP marketplace (service.sap.com/notes) select data administration --> user data then go through available options.

you should have "Software download" authorization to download software from marketplace.
